Such a helpful and warm welcome on arrival and also every time we passed the desk- better than other more expensive properties we stayed at. The room was perfect for what we needed and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen and being able to watch Netflix. The only thing I'd mention was that as two people With big bags- there wasn't a lot of space for bags! Can't fault anything else. Would absolutely recommend or visit again.

What I love the most of this place are the hosts David and Jason that really make you feel like at home. I had been here before and with time they add so extra features like the swimming pool that simply made this place perfect. The room was big, clean and comfy. You can make your own breakfast in the common kitchen. Location is very convenient to visit places like Cabo Pulmo. La Ribera is growing and gets better day by day. Private parking is available for free.

All the staff were very friendly and kind. I received excellent care from the butlers. Each air-conditioned studio here includes a kitchenette with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. There is also a small dining and seating area. Free WiFi is available throughout. I accidentally booked for 2026 instead of 2025 and they found a way to accommodate us despite receiving my date change request less than 24 hours before check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they gave us a one-bedroom suite with complimentary breakfast and yummy welcome cookies. :-)

Located around 800 metres from Marina Cabo San Lucas, the hotel with free WiFi is also 1.9 km away from El Arco. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.7 km from Medano Beach. Located close to the marina which was good because we fished a couple of days. Many restaurants around and on the side streets, I like to eat off the beaten path. Staff was great, manager sent a text while we were on our way to say the room was ready even though we were a couple hours early of check in. Let us stay late because we had an afternoon flight.

We were greeted by our super-friendly host; she was flexible for our check-in, was so lovely throughout our stay!! The room was great, and as I needed to work during my stay, I was happy the WIFI worked super well. Another great part of our stay was the daily breakfast: each day it was different and so delicious (the best we had throughout our 3 week stay in Baja California)! Near the hotel, there are plenty of (local) restaurants. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which we appreciate! Still, it is not far from the city centre if you want to visit or eat out there.
