I complained about it, asked them to prevent it from happening again, and then stayed for three more nights. The manager who handled my case was extremely honest and straightforward. To apologise, they gave me a substantial room upgrade and Executive Lounge access. They went above and beyond, expressing their sincere apology by not even taking a deposit when I checked in and allowing me to pay the total room cost only upon check-out. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Yangon, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for the best all-around hotel experience in the city.

So easy with the staff here....thry organised it all at a monent's notice and.they even topped up my phone. As for the design of the hotel, the library is amazing and I love to sit in there and read. (Great Collection). I just love this hotel Oh yeah!! Huge bathrooms and bathubs!!! Good views from certain rooms, too.
