Conveniently located in the old city, Riad Amaris is an oasis away from the busy streets of Rabat. The staff were very helpful - they arranged a special breakfast for us as we had to leave Rabat earlier than the usual breakfast time.

Dar Yanis is just a 5-minute walk from Rabat’s medina and the beach. It offers a shared lounge with a flat-screen TV and a library, as well as free mint tea and Moroccan pastries upon arrival.

It is a beautiful characteristic riad. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great and abundant. The location is in a dead end street of a main pedestrian thoroughfare of the medina. Close to the central market: where you can eat well, and also easily take a taxi or tram. At night it was very quiet. And the bed/mattress was very comfortable.

This classic Moroccan Riad has a patio with a fountain and a sun terrace overlooking Rabat’s markets. Riad Dar Soufa has a prime location in the heart of one of Morocco’s major cities.

Of all the Raids we stayed in during our travels around Morocco this was our favourite. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Said, great communication from him before and during our stay. The bedrooms & bathrooms were super clean and the beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water, towels (& a hairdryer) and heating in the bedrooms. Great place. Safe & secure.

The entire staff, including the security, parking attendants, front desk, cleaning and concierge were professional, courteous as well as helpful.
Our room had a great view of the Marina. We enjoyed the terrace views at night as well.
Our room was clean upon arrival
with no issues. I agree with most reviews that the hotel is due for updating, and the premier feature of this hotel is its location.

Location is amazing, right inside the market so you can shop to your heart's content. Also walking distance to most of the major monuments like the Oudayas and Hassan tower. There is a public underground car park right outside the old city walls which is a 10 min walk on the flat through the market to get to the riad. The building is gorgeous, rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were fantastic. It was such a lovely place to come back to every day!

Good hotel, the staff is helpful and smiley, good location. Free parking in front of the hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Cost/performance ratio is very good.
I love the location of the hotel, the fact that there's a parking space out front, the rooftop restaurant, the modern feel of the rooms. All of that is wonderful.
But it's really the staff that make the experience exceptional. Fares and Nadia, at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were settled and had what we needed. We were in good hands with Said in the restaurant. Thank you, I'll be back!

Used this apartment as a one night stop in Rabat after finishing a 3-week roadtrip through Morocco. It’s a squeaky clean unit with everything you could ever need for preparing your own meals, walking around the city, taking a hot shower and getting a good nights rest.
Free parking off-street and the woman at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly

Everything was perfect. Our host Mr. Hassan is a very kind gentleman who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant for our family. He greeted us on arrival and showed us his apartment. His apartment is very clean, spacious and perfectly located in Rabat. It also benefits from a lift which is convient with luggages. He arranged secured parking for us just under the apartment. I recommend Mr Hassan's apartment very favourably!

The best hotel we stayed in our 7 days tour through Marocco
Set in a very nice and new area of Rabat, this apart hotel has everything you need for a short or a longer stay;
Staff was kind and helpfull. The lady at the reception did her best to give us a room before check in time, as we arrived earlier.
Free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus in the crowded city of Rabat
Highly recommended
