The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They accompained and helped us to.park near the hotel on the first day. The waiters at the dining area (Bedar and Haitam) in the terrace were very friendly, polite and professional patient with all our questions and their advices and suggestions.

The heater / air conditioner worked great and it was no problem to run it through the night (make sure to hang a sock in front of the LED-Display ;-)).

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

This is our best stay in Morocco. Convenient location, which is nearby the train station. Clean and neat inside, safe and sound overnight. The facilities make us feel like in Europe. Very morden and natural style decoration. And the house holder is so nice and warm. He checked pharmacies accessibility for us because one of us was suffering from severe cough. And we were gifted free water when we left. Such a lovely city, such a warm stay. If any of my friends would come to Fes for tourism, Penthouse would my first recommendation.
