We were lucky to get opportunity to stay at this property! Everything was absolutely great. The view from the room was exceptional, comfortable rooms, amazing and helpful team and hosts. Breakfast was delicious! Location is out of super loud area in Ahangama, very near by shops, bars, restaurants, swimming beach, surf places. It’s absolutely everything you need while staying in Ahangama. Thank you for this experience and definitely we will come back!

Clean comfortable and strong enough wifi to work remotely. The room has high-end quality finishings. Quality bed and sheets. Brand new sparkling clean toilet and tiles. We enjoyed the view from the balcony set higher than surrounding buildings. Also we enjoyed the train passing my. The family was so kind and sweet. The breakfast was large, and all very good items included. We especially loved the fresh juices, coconut roti, and fruit platter, which included my favorite passion fruit. Book early is they are often sold out. We've stayed in many accommodations in Bentota and this is one of the best! Also very close to the beach. Tea, coffee, and water in the room. The room is very large and has good air flow. The floors were spotless, so you could walk barefoot comfortably. Also, the bathroom didn't have a moldy smell like many bathrooms do from moisture in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend. We loved the custom card they gave us upon departure.

The accommodation was absolutely great. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. But the biggest thanks go to the owner, who was very friendly, smiling and helped us with everything and accommodated us. The outdoor seating is also worth mentioning, which was very pleasant. The whole place has a magical atmosphere led by its owner and her family. I highly recommend it to everyone and I hope we will come back soon!

The location is great, the hotel has its entry to the beach. You feel the privacy there, also close to Galle and other surf locations. The stuff is great and manager she is amazing and friendly. Also breakfasts are nice. We stayed in room with private terrace garden - super recommended.

Ashan Has a beautiful property which is well maintained. The property is family run and were very responsive to any of our needs Rooms were squeaky clean with a wonderful open view bathroom. We were also provided a tasty breakfast. Would recommend 100 percent
