Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

We stayed in a villa with an ocean view — it was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed the selection of tea provided in the room. The swimming pool area was fantastic. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded and remained peaceful and relaxing. The cherry on top was the exceptional staff. From the attentive hotel manager to our wonderful butler, Malshan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, everyone was warm, helpful, and dedicated to making our experience memorable. The hotel itself is excellent, but it’s the attention to small details that truly sets it apart. Last but not least, the spa was amazing. I had a fantastic massage with Priyanka — she was kind, and her hands worked magic.

Would really recommend having dinner at the guesthouse at least once as it’s the most amazing Sri Lankan home cooked food and very reasonably priced!!

We were quite concerned on the way there because the trip was through some interesting but desolate terrain. What a great surprise. The property is beautiful and the staff and service were superb. This place is twice as nice as the Ubay Homestay I stayed at in Trincomalee for which I paid much more - $30 per night. What's better about it, besides the lower price, is: More spacious, more modern room Fewer bugs (really hardly any) Larger, less smelly bathroom Much quieter setting. Instead of being in the middle of a bunch of other places, including a loud hostel next door, as Ubay was, this place is in a wide open, peaceful setting, the only close neighbor a church. Better breakfast at the same price - 1300 Free, filtered water A larger staff, very attentive, but unobtrusive, only there when you need them The two beaches nearby are quieter and less crowded Much thanks to Usha, the owner's wife, who speaks excellent English. She welcomed me graciously with fresh coconut water and gave me another one when I left.
