Our host Jarrod was lovely and beyond helpful during our stay. The entire place was spotless and the room had everything we needed for our stay including a heater for chilly Nuwara Eliya evenings. The breakfast was delicious and we had many options to choose from! We especially enjoyed the gorgeous yoga studio space on the upstairs level that provided 360 degree views of the surrounding area.

Squeaky clean rooms and washrooms, Large comfortable bed on the second floor with spacious room and clean linen. Soap and necessities with steaming hot water in the cold Nuwara Eliya. what more can you ask for? Pizza hut delivers the dinner or you can get it arranged with the host of the inn. This property has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend S and D. Situated little in to the "Hawa Eliya" road from nuwara eliya. Just search on maps and you will get it.

I had an amazing stay here and truly felt like part of the family. The hosts were incredibly warm, caring and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The family is very kind and genuine — the son took us on a beautiful hike and guided us through the nature trails, sharing interesting stories and local knowledge. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The father also offers city tours, and he made sure we got to see the best places while learning the history and culture of the area. They really go out of their way to help their guests enjoy the stay to the fullest. The home was clean, comfortable and peaceful. You can feel the love and effort they put into maintaining their place and treating guests like close friends. This is not just accommodation, it is a warm local experience that you won’t find everywhere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

Situated in Nuwara Eliya and only 3.8 km from Gregory Lake, Shevyhaws features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We were greeted by the family. The young man helped carry our bags into the room. He offered us tea and coffee. He was very polite and helpful. He did his job with heart and love. The accommodation is in the mountains at an altitude of about 2000m. In the evenings the temperature drops to about 15C. You need to wear a jacket in the evenings. The locals also wear wool hats. But this is clearly unnecessary. Double fleeces for sleeping in the room. It's good to be able to wear a blouse with longer sleeves if you're afraid of the cold. The room is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. TV in the room. Common dining area for three rooms with fridge. Breakfast was made by the hostess. It was delicious: toast, jam, butter, sausages, fruit, pancakes, jackfruit sauce on bread.
