All in all, I was very glad I chose this place compared to other expensive lodges.

Our game drives were unforgettable with Ken, an excellent driver who made sure we saw the Big 5! In Nairobi, John was also a great driver who took care of us very well. One of the highlights of our trip was the nature walk with Dickson – he was such a knowledgeable and engaging guide, making it an incredible experience. A huge thank you to NJ, a very patient owner who always responded to all my queries, and to Nick, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even checking in with us on our way home. Everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay. We highly recommend Mara Hilltop Camp to anyone visiting the Masai Mara – you will not be disappointed!

The host was incredibly kind, very helpful, and communicated clearly throughout our visit. The place itself is spotless—clean, tidy, and exactly as described in her listing. The small kitchen had all the necessary kitchenette amenities, though we were unfortunately too tired to cook as we had just arrived from Nakuru. We also appreciated the good security. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend it.

The bed and breakfast is fitted with a flat-screen TV. The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom. Joseph and his team were amazing. They make sure that they connect with the ranger to see leopards, cheetahs etc. the lodge was fantastic with a good pressure hot water. There was so much to eat and it was really great. The bed made me sleep longer as usual and the size of the room was perfect. There is also snug protected parking lot if your self-driving like I do. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay longer. It was just so relaxing and I made my big five thanks to Joseph, my tour guide.
