Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. Kagelow is one of the most stunning hostels I have stayed at. It is immaculately clean and the facilities are lush! There is an onsite restaurant and bar and the hostels outfit is beautiful. I stayed in both the hostel dorm rooms and also the private hostel rooms, both were exceptional! Highly recommend for solo and group travellers if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere!

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The room we had was wonderful, with the most beautiful view over the lake and great beds.

I wake up with a fabulous view of Mt.Fuji, and the price was fair not too expensive. All the staffs are friendly, the hot springs were amazing as well, they also arrange shuttle bus for us upon arrival.
