I really enjoyed staying here because the host welcomed us warmly and respectfully. The host was very kind and fulfilled all our requests and questions. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. Wonderful stay and kind staff 🤍🤍 I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. But what truly made my experience special was the kindness of the staff, especially Minori, who was very helpful even after my stay. She kindly sent me my forgotten item from Japan with great care and attention. I really appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit Japan next time.

Lovely hotel with plenty of room. The facilities were amazing and the complementary drinks and food were a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the breakfast as well!

The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!
