Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. Beautiful property. The room was spacious! Even for Western standards. The private onsen was very nice. We did not try the public onsen. The staff were courteous and helpful. Although the staff had limited English proficiency, they all used a translation app to help with communication which was incredibly helpful.

Local souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop and free parking is available. Guests can listen to the piano and relax at the lounge, which overlooks the garden. Luggage storage is offered at the front desk. The property was very luxurious, clean and just very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and tried to accommodate with what ever I needed. Even with the language barrier they did everything exceptionally without any issues. The food was amazing also. The dinners especially were one of the major highlights for me. I tried so many new dishes and they all tasted amazing. Being locally sourced also made if that more delicious. The room was also amazing as I had my own private onsen.

Such a cozy atmosphere, I wished I stayed more than 1 night.
