There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.

The staff we interacted with were friendly and spoke good English. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Was great to have a separate toilet to the bathroom. It was great that the hotel was happy to hold my luggage that was transferred in a few days prior from a previous hotel. The location was fabulous and right across the road from the station.
