The place is easy to reach on foot from Magome-juku bus stop, even with a large suitcase, as there's a pavement all the way.

The owner was super friendly and kept the onsen open late for us when we were out too late. He helped us research restaurants in the area and even gave us ice cream after a hot bath!

Every detail on the property was meticulously thought through, the service was impeccable and the food was AMAZING! I only wished we could have stayed longer.

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The onsen was amazing, water temperature was great, everything was clean and nice, I really enjoyed the outside onsen. The food was delicious, very unique with a great mix of flavors and textures. The staff was always very nice and attentive. The price is good for the location and what's included.

Please pay in cash or by card upon check-in. Guests under 12 years old are exempt from the lodging tax. We were extremely happy about our stay . Very spacious room, comfortable beds . The common spaces are very spacious and cozy. The location is great to walk to the center.

It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.
