The place is clean and nice, with full of Japanese onsen vibe. What I really like was the pace of food they prepare and serve. Never rush, or late, just good in a timely manner. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!
