Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Hangetsukohan Natural Park and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive from the property. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The private parking is available on site for free. The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs too myself! But the best part was the staff: they are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups during the first and last day. Thank you so much!

There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit as well as towels. Very spacious flat and well equipped. Close to Village and Annupuri resorts (~3-6 min drive). Staffs were also helpful and friendly.

Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !
