The private parking is available on site for free. Very spacious room with lots of room for luggage. Room was maintained well every day, the bathroom was nice with good amenities. Cool pajamas included and lots of guests were wearing them around the hotel and to breakfast. The breakfast was really nice, but after a few days the lack of variation got a bit boring. Really convenient shuttle bus and information for the public buses that came right past the hotel for easy travel into Hirafu. Hotel staff were helpful in informing us about ski rental and the location of key places on the provided map. Free laundry machine usage! The hotel provided a nice room to keep ski gear in. Free onsen (heated public bath) that was great and rivalled the paid ones I tried.
