Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.

The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

The property offers a free shuttle service into the village. We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Hangetsukohan Natural Park and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive from the property. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The private parking is available on site for free. The staff are very helpful and assisted us in carrying our luggage up one floor. The staff at the counter can speak fluent English. The car parking space is nice, with some spaces equipped with electric car chargers, but we did not drive an electric car, so I can't comment on whether the charger works. Breakfast is excellent in taste and presentation. They have an onsite restaurant that serves dinner, but we did not try it this time. The room is modern and spacious enough for two people, with a beautiful mountain view. The onsen is nice and comfortable

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and valet parking for guests. The architecture, the room design and the nature integration is outstanding. You want to simply stay and enjoy. The food is excellent.

Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Nice place, facility, got free private onsen for 1 time. Access very near to gondola hirafu. Friendly staff and got a ride to bus stop.
