The onsen was spectacular, so nice after walking around all day. The breakfast had great variety and the bathroom was nice and the room was spacious. The staff was very helpful with the luggage forwarding.

Lovely hotel short taxi ride from the station with very comfortable beds. Room was a good size beautifully laid out and spotless. Staff were very good, advised us where to go for dinner and also where to catch the local bus from to go to Amanohashidate spit and cable car. Happy to arrange for a taxi when we checked out to ensure we caught the train. Hotel is across the road from a shopping center.

I stayed in a 5* hotel in Europe and don't even get close to what they offer. Close to the station, a few minutes walking and close to a nice bakery (Sizuya). Thanks we loved it.

The hotel is truly excellent. The room (Wood Flat Twin Room, which actually has a window) was beautiful, and the hotel facilities were also very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s pleasantly quiet by the park, yet only a three-minute walk from the metro, a supermarket and Starbucks. Major sights are within a ten-minute walking distance. We walked to Kyoto Station in about 15 minutes. There are many more advantages to mention, such as free drip coffee, complimentary drinks, a wonderful view from the rooftop terrace, but then the review would become a bit too long. For the seven nights we paid €1.122 without breakfast, booked through booking.com (Netherlands). The hotel is highly recommended.
