For the money we paid, I would consider it a steal. I liked how quiet it was too, no one was noisy and rowdy plus the amenities were pretty convenient especially having a water dispenser downstairs.

The interiors were nice, and all the staff were very friendly and ready to assist with whatever we needed - from advising us which bus or route to take that has minimal walking, to letting us borrow umbrellas when it suddenly rained, and even providing us with knife, plates and utensils when we were celebrating with a birthday cake. Breakfast was uniquely presented - conveyor belt sushi, automatic rice dispenser, and their food was delicious! We also liked that they had a separate room for the shower, sink and toilet so it let us able to do stuff more efficiently

Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)
