For the money we paid, I would consider it a steal. I liked how quiet it was too, no one was noisy and rowdy plus the amenities were pretty convenient especially having a water dispenser downstairs.

They are very accommodating and generous. The room exceeded my expectations, coming from Tokyo standards. It has its own washing machine and microwave, spacious bed and bathroom, with complete amenities. The overall experience is a ten out of ten. Will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another stay in this property hopefully soon!
