The location of the hotel was very central. The staff was polite. Their was Netflix on the tv and a private room wifi.

Private parking is available on site. The friendly staff, the room had a full kitchen and a washer/drier. :-) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and user friendly. Positioned outside the station the hotel was very convenient for sightseeing.

While it’s part of a chain, it still felt authentic. Very spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness. The onsen is one of the best we’ve experienced, with a view of ghe mountains. The food was so generous, prepared with the highest level of attention to sourcing local ingredients, respecting seasonal produce, and balancing flavors. This was a really lovely stay.

The property is allergy-free and is located 49 km from Gero Station. We like the design, Japanese Modern. The rooms are small but works well, our group had a pleasant, comfortable stay. The staffs were very friendly and most efficient, they all spoke fluent English. Breakfast was served in a bento with varieties of Japanese dish with rice. At night, sake and beer were free of charge at the lounge. Location is great, right at the old part if town. There is a Family Mart next door. In all, we enjoyed the hotel.
