Having a whole villa was amazing. the rooftop terrace had views onto Mt Fuji and we could even see it from our bedroom window. The staff could not do enough for you and even spent 20 mins researching places that we could eat. They delivered an amazing breakfast to our front door with a smile. couldn’t recommend enough.

we took refuge here after being stranded due to Typhoon and bullet trains not running and were pleasantly surprised, lovely hotel, very kind and professional staff and the General Manager Mr. Nishi took great care in the morning to help us understand the bullet train situation and gave us some tips on what to see while we waited it out. Really recommend the hotel :)

The location is 2 minutes from the station and a few minutes from the historical houses. The room was big and with a pleasant view over the station and the mountains. There was a sliding wall between one bed and the other two, which was really good to read before going to sleep without bothering others.There were a lot of free drinks in the in the fridge. Washing/dryer worked really well. Also a lot of products available in the bathrooms.
