The staff was very kind & accommodating. We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. Our short transit at Jordania has been made wonderful by the Bassam brothers. Not only host us at their home where we really feel homey (my son liked it so much), they also guide us from the airport to the Dead Sea, Main Hot Springs, the Sleepers Cave, and back again to the airport. Such a top notch hospitality they have!

In one word, excellent. The staff, and the owner, were all extremely helpfull. Their dinner recommendation was delicious, sadly we could not finish it all. Located on walking distance from everything you need to see in Madaba. If I could leave a grade bigger then 10, I would gladly do that
