Super close to the bus station, but also walking distance to most attraction and loads of restaurants (I recommend Mansaf Nashmi, 5 min away, to eat Mansaf). The staff is helpful (ask for food recommendations!) and can arrange trips to the beach for you (that was a bit pricey). Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend the place.

Hasan Zawaideh’s staff organise jeep and camel trips to admire the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. They offer a special tour which follows the route of Lawrence of Arabia invading Aqaba. Our stay at Hasan Zawaideh Camp was unforgettable. We booked a bubble tent and it was absolutely worth it. The tent is spacious, comfortable and offers stunning sky views at night. Watching the stars from bed was one of the most special moments of our trip. We also did the 2 hour sunset jeep tour and loved it. The guide took us to beautiful spots, gave us enough time for photos and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. The buffet had plenty of variety, everything tasted fresh and the atmosphere at the dining area was warm and friendly. What truly made our stay stand out was the service. The owner, Mahmoud, went above and beyond for us. He was kind, helpful and genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. He even helped us with something we lost and made sure our stay was more than satisfying. We left with great memories and can highly recommend Hasan Zawaideh Camp to anyone visiting Wadi Rum.

The bright and airy rooms at the Kempinski feature a private balcony with direct sea view. Each one has a flat-screen satellite TV mounted on the wall. The spacious bathroom offers a bathrobe and hairdryer. One of the best stays we ever had in a hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the sea. If we are ever back in Aqaba we will be staying in Kempinski again :)
