The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect! The apartament was very pleasant, cozy and clean. Hotel has a roof for breakfast with very nice views. The staff is very kind and helpful with everything.
