Mr Brown was an extremely helpful and gracious host. He was kind and considerate. I got lost on the way there, and Mr Brown stayed on the phone with me to give me directions and guide me in. He also helped me with accessing local services. He is the best 'brother', 'uncle' or 'friend' you could ever meet on your first day anywhere. The guest house is a fabulous, beautiful place to stay with amazing views of the hills and the sea.

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. Big up to Denny, Keith and Karen. Beautiful property, gorgeous outdoor spaces. All kept immaculately clean and tidy. Great pool.

I can be short... When you plan to visit Port Antonio for a few days, Inn The Town is THE perfect place to stay! The rooms are big and spotless clean, the location is perfect and the manager/owner, Nick, is one of a kind! I don't now his surname but I do know "hospitality" must be his middle name. :) He is so friendly and helpful that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. When you're travelling through Jamaica, Port Antonio is absolutly worth a visit. When you do so, take my advice: Stay at Inn The Town!

Receptionist was brilliant, nothing was to hard for her to do, always warm and receptive. The grounds are beautiful overlooking Turtle bay, very tranquil and peaceful. Absolutely loved the art displayed across the grounds and rooms some very unusual inspirations. Bedroom was great and liked the bathroom decor.

Honestly this was the best hotel we've ever visited (and we have been to some highly rated ones). Not because it was absolutely perfect - it is very new, two months old under the new management, so eg the internet reception was not always great in the room - but because how we felt there. Great staff with our wonderful manager Trifan that helped to make our stay the best possible, attention to detail and environmental protection, the beauty of the place, the incredible views, the calm, the nature around, the simple classic elegance of the designs without any brashness, the relaxed pleasant atmosphere... All that we love, and would come back for more.
