First – the staff is just wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and really go the extra mile. I am so appreciative of all the help they gave us. The room was great – comfortable and roomy with a beautiful large, modern bathroom. The breakfast was great. They also have their own parking lot with ample and easy parking out in the back. We had the most terrific view out the window – with a direct view of the Torre di Longonsardo and a view right across the strait to Bonifacio in Corsica, 7 miles away. We could see the limestone cliffs of Corsica hanging over the water with the buildings of Bonifacio rising above as well as the tall mountains in the background. The views are breathtaking. The location is the best. It is 2 minutes from the center of town; a couple of minutes to the Torre; close to the beach; a pretty easy walk to the ferry to Bonifacio (Corsica is only 50 minutes away by ferry); a short drive to Capo Testa; and 30 minutes to La Maddalena.
