When I checked my phone there was a message from the reception that the hotel was closed due to maintenance, and we were offered a stay in their other property, Opera35, via della Rocca. This gave us little trouble and our alternative stay was great, but I can not rate Residenza Dell' Opera. Ratings are for Opera35
