Even before our arrival they were super nice and helpful, gave us useful instructions. When we arrived to the property we were amazed how beautiful and clean it was. They even thought about our little boy, it was very nice surprise . We didn’t have problem with parking either however I was little nervous about that as we arrived very late. Would definitely recommend and will be back whenever we are in the area.

New House is an excellent place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but still away from the noise and close to restaurants and the beach. The best part about the place is the host. Michaela is super helpful and friendly.

The apartment is within walking distance from the train station (Parco Leonardo) and one stop from the airport. It’s right across from a big mall, with food & shopping. Everything was super clean and very comfortable & quiet. Our host was very kind & helpful and met us to help us check in. She also arranged a taxi to the airport the next morning.

Lots of thoughtful and attractive details! The ‘kitchen/breakfast room’ was also very well laid-out with big fridge (stocked with juice, milk, yoghurt etc)coffee machine and crockery, also big tables. The breakfast itself was nicely presented -,croissants, fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc - though I didn’t eat any. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly and personable - nothing was too much trouble! I don’t hesitate in recommending this lovely La Dolce Vita to,amyone looking forma reasonably priced place to stay in the centre of Civitavecchia!
