Room and toilet are equipped with heating system, huge window facing the mountains, downstairs bar and restaurant are excellent, including a well-served breakfast. One parking lot in front of the place (2 or 3 spots) and one with 10+ spots besides it.

We only had 1 night here but wished we had more. Mara- the host, communicated in advance and told us all we needed to know. She was friendly and also had some good recommendations for groceries and restaurants around us. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend it to anyone considering it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Dog friendly accomodation. They even prepared two bowls for our dogs.

The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

We had a kettle and tea bags in the room, also breakfast included in the price. The host is very kind and accommodating. We would book this place, if we come to Tirano in the future.
