Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Train station very close by. The breakfast across the street at a café was good, too. Above all, most helpful and kind people in charge. Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

The room had a great view on the courtyard, it was very calm and extremely clean. It's located just outside the city center (only 7min walk) but it was a little bit more local (Florence is very touristic). Very nice pasticcerias in the area. We absolutly loved the neighbourhood. The bed was very comfy, the shower and bathroom very clean and the airconditioning refreshing. Everything you want/need for a stay in Florence!
