After really staying in a hotel in Florence that was hell, coming to this hotel was humorous. The hell rooms were anything but hell but were rather smartly designed and comfort at its best. The room came with a fully stocked fridge with water, coke, beer and chocolate. The in room coffee was delicious. It is a sustainable hotel too, but they do not cut corners. Everything is very well thought out.

Wifi works well, and the room was spacious and well equipped, so it was very pleasant to work there or fix a meal when I needed. Very easy key-less check-in/out, and great communication with the hist. I am looking forward to stay at Pietrapiana again, it made my visit to Florence exceptional.
