The Porto Ulisse Residence provides free garage parking with CCTV and is 500 metres from a white sandy beach, which you can reach via the property's free shuttle bus. The accommodation was very clean, with housekeeping tidying the rooms every day. We had a ground-floor apartment facing the garden, so it was nicely shaded. The air conditioning was only in the hallway (kitchen), but it managed to cool both bedrooms—though it was necessary to keep the doors to both bedrooms open at night. The staff were very friendly and kind, and the bar had good prices. The pool was clean, with stunning views of the sea and, in the distance, the smoking volcano Stromboli. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Tropea. You can also take a taxi or call an Uber. The nearby beaches were clean with excellent water quality. Breakfast was not included in our stay—we didn’t mind, as our children don’t eat much in the morning. For dinner, there was a pizzeria just behind the house, or restaurants in the center of Parghelia or Tropea. It’s a great location for many trips around the area, including excursions to Sicily and Mount Etna (by car). We would definitely like to return next year. We stayed in the apartment for a total of 9 nights. Many thanks to Aldo for the hospitality :)

Among the facilities at this property are a lift and a shared kitchen, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The bed and breakfast has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. As with many properties, if the basics of cleanliness, comfort and location are covered, it's the host who can really make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. Though we didn't get to meet Antonio in person it felt as though he was right with us prior to arrival and during our stay. First of all we had a phone catastrophe and thus couldn't communicate via booking.com. Antonio instantly adapted, seemed to genuinely sympathize (which helped!) and proactively put us in touch with a nearby repair store owned by a friend of his. Imagine our surprise when we went to the shop and right on our heels the owner arrived, greeted us warmly, issued instructions to the pleasant and helpful technician, and zipped off. It felt like VIP treatment and was all the more helpful because all the Italians spoke perfect English, easing our stress when that was much needed. For the rest of our stay Antonio checked in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything, and he was always instantly responsive to any queries. Apart from all that, the common area was a lovely amenity, with juices and milk for coffee in the refrigerator.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. I liked everything. It's propably the best holiday rental i have ever experienced. A fully renovated with touch in every detail, beautifully decorated. In an old classic building centrally located. Amazing! 10!

With quiet street views, this accommodation offers a balcony. There is private parking and the property features an electric vehicle charging station. Amazing property with everything you need. In a beautiful location up the hill and walking distance to so many nice restaurants and cafes. The hosts were amazing, they were very resourceful with recommendations. The room is super clean, comfortable, and dark at night with shutters. Definitely recommend

Offering free WiFi, parking on-site and a garden, the recently renovated property of Xenion Guest House, offers accommodation in Villa San Giovanni, 1.9 km from Lido Le Tartarughe and 14 km from Archaeological Museum - Riace Bronzes. The property features inner courtyard views and is 16 km from Aragonese Castle and 15 km from Lungomare. The guest house has family rooms. If you are passing through Villa San Giovanni either going to or from Sicily, you should not even think of staying anywhere else but here! Honestly. Filly, the owner, is extremely friendly, and my room was so immaculately clean and neat and modern and comfortable. And the huge kitchen/sitting room is incredibly well equipped. Xenion is very close to the ferry dock. Great lighting, extremely comfortable bed, fast wifi, roller shutters on all the windows, nice air conditioning. I can’t recommend any place more than this one, and I stay at so many Booking.com places all over the world, especially in Europe.

Nazzarì B&B Tropea is located in Tropea, 400 metres from Rotonda Beach, less than 1 km from Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola, as well as a 13-minute walk from Tropea Marina. We had an incredible stay in this apartment. The owner took such care and pride in the details of restoring the apartments in a 1700's building. The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had high quality amenities. The owners were very kind and generous. Beach towels and umbrellas were provided for use. The location in the heart of the old city made our experience wonderful. The historic areas, beaches, shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The owner helped us with parking outside the city limits within walking distance of the apartment.
