This is an excellent B&B accommodation with a very cosy and clean private room and bathroom in a block of flats very near to the center of Matera and Sassi area. It was easy to arrive and to park the car in the nearby parking garage. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and received lots of helpful information from the reception.

The staff was very friendly and professional and available to answer questions and give more information about the city. The room is very cute and clean and the terrace is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The private bathroom is right across from the room and is spacious and well equipped. Very close to the Sassi and many excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!

Amazing breakfast, I mean, just incredible in diversity and quality (and quantity)! The Masseria is outside Matera, about 4km away, a very quiet and peaceful haven, in a wonderful historic building. Easy access to Matera and the v helpful host provided perfect suggestions for parking. Totally recommend if you like quiet, peace and comfort, yet close to town
