Really nice stay here. Thank you Sigri and her dad for helping us because we (four of us) arrived quite late. Love the room and the spectacular view soooooo much and we feel sad that could not stay here for longer! Definitely recommend to all travellers!!!

Picturesque Cottage with beautiful surrounding, sheep, birds and ducks by the lake. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor BBQ. Few mins drive to supermarket. We had a mechanic issue with our rental car, the host was very nice and let us stay extra few hours and came to rescue us, drop us off in town to wait for a replacement car.

The town is a scenic 1-hour drive from the main town, and I can confidently say it's absolutely worth every minute. Not too far off the N1 but felt like you were were in the wilderness. Stunning views and so quiet. Room lovely and clean although warm as a hot day in Iceland. Food great and service excellent. Well recommend to people.

Beautiful wooden house with an amazing view. Spotless clean, with all the facilities you need, super comfortable when travelling with friends. The best accommodation we had on our roadtrip in Iceland, would stay there again.
