Instead of going down to Annapoorna restaurant for food, it is better to order room service if you want to avoid crowd. When my wife fell sick in the hotel room during the stay, the staff was extremely helpful in contacting the doctor in the nearby hospital who arranged for an ambulance immediately and a doctor came to the room and attended to my wife very quickly. Injections and medicines were also arranged promptly.
