From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly helpful in making us feel at home after having landed in India for the first time. Anchal, the duty manager was particularly helpful in facilitating everything from restaurant suggestions, to where to buy traditional Indian attire, which we needed for events. I cannot express the level of both professional and personal attention that was felt, unlike any other hotel at which I have ever stayed. Her availability throughout our stay was so appreciated. Special thanks to all the other staff, that continued to check in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and attended to. Our room service was down to every last detail; from bookmarks left bedside to fresh flowers! Finally, hotel amenities: ⁃ The pool is really wonderful, great for both morning and late night swims and large enough for laps. ⁃ The breakfast buffets are delicious, offering a very wide variety. From those wanting to enjoy the delicious Indian cuisine to those looking for an eggs Benny, they truly have it all. ⁃ The added 20% discount for all hotel guests applied to other restaurants on site was very helpful. ⁃ The ATM available in the lobby of the hotel is very helpful. ⁃ The hotel shops are lovely and a great way to wait out any monsoon moments! The hotel itself is an Oasis amongst a very lively and thriving neighbourhood, and a most wonderful place to come home to every night in Mumbai! Thanks again to everyone!
