I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 6. Housetale is an oasis of tranquility amidst the craziness of India. A place to read, meditate, do yoga, contemplate and ofcourse connect to fellow travellers. The location is quite secluded giving it an intimate, retreat-like vibe. I had a great time, made new friends and hostel owner is so kind, involved and funny. He even organised a bbq for all the guests. Highly recommend staying here!

We could cook our meals, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are very neat,, hot shower, nice mattress and space in the rooms, the place is very silent and peaceful as well. I definitely recommend it! Also it's very near the Tara Temple and Tergar Temple, so it was very good to go there to visit!
