Port Aran House is ideally located: with easy access to the bars and shops, yet just tucked away enough to offer that rare, raw connection to the island's spirit and rhythm. My room had everything I needed, but the true highlight was the ocean view from my window. The breakfast buffet was a perfect ten - and it also became the stage for Kevin’s morning chats with guests, where he asked thoughtful questions, offered tailored recommendations, and shared stories about life on the island. All of the above and more is what makes this place not just accommodation, but a home - set in the paradise-like surroundings of Inis Mór. My intuition is never mistaken, and I have a strong feeling I’ll be coming back...

Tigh Fitz is a charming, family-owned property that has been in the Fitzpatrick family for generations. Once a beloved pub and B&B, it has been thoughtfully restored into stylish, private guest apartments with stunning sea and hills views — the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay on Inis Mór. Penny was absolutely delightful. Her place was just perfect and we had the most wonderful weekend on Inis Mór. Go raibh maith agat!

Location is nice and owner Clodah looked after us extremely well after we turned up on day 1 soaking from a very wet and windy walk top tip jump on a bus if it’s raining

The holiday home comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with sea views. The property has an outdoor dining area. Wonderful place to stay. We were two couples the downstairs room was tiny so the bed was a full but I slept great. The whole house is lovely and clean. The view is stunning. I was concerned because we had a later ferry and didn’t have time to run to the market and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh bread milk and eggs to make breakfast with. I will try to stay here on my next visit. We all loved having space to hang out and enjoy our trip.
