We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities
They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location
We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff
The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast
This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Very nice beach getaway, we liked it here!

Room was fantastic, perfect for a quiet getaway with my family. My kids really enjoyed the private pool as well as the public pool and the beach. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel too which were great.

From the moment we arrived, Yuni’s warm hospitality and proactive approach to addressing any concerns, made our stay on Gili Island truly remarkable. All the other guys from the staff, Adam, D….were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Their attentiveness and genuine care elevated our experience, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. We highly recommend Pinkcoco Hotel for a memorable and delightful getaway. Rooms are perfectly clean, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast, pizza, pasta….everything was delicious.

At the accommodation all rooms come with a desk and a TV. The location is brilliant near the beach and the staff is amazing! They invest a lot recently and they take the customers‘ comments seriously and try to improve! E.g.: They have a water refill station now.

The Beach House Resort is a 2-hour land and sea journey from Lombok Airport. Everything was perfect. Location is top, I don’t mind noise but the bar next door always have music, staff gives you earplugs so it’s not a problem at all. Breakfast is EXCELLENT! Loved the pool and ambience so much I stayed one day just chilling at hotel :-)

The resort has traditional Sasak design and offers a beachfront infinity pool, two spa centres and an adults only pool and gym. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking. You get what you pay for. Expensive but very nice place with great service
