The property had stunning views of the lake (2 min walking distance) and the surrounding volcanos. The pool was very clean and there was a large hot/heated pool. Many sitting areas around the property and all of the staff were super helpful/friendly. The room was clean (no AC but it gets cold at night so probably not necessary), and the water pressure was excellent. Each room has a balcony.

He connected us with his cousin who gave us a great rate for the drive from Guatemala City straight to the property. There’s amazing street vendors for food literally every street you walk down, it’s right by the Mirador, a 5 minute walk to all the best parts of the city and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The view from the roof is beautiful. The property itself was really clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I honestly can’t say enough. We loved our stay here.

We could do early checkin without problems. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, we had amazing view over the volcanos. The shared rooftop also had wonderful view over the surroundings. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and on the top of that it was not the same every single day!

The manager/owner Andrea was lovely and really interesting to talk to and the communal area was chilled and peaceful. It was right in the centre of town so everything was within walking distance. The kitchen had good equipment and there was free filter coffee and tea. The staff seemed happy there.
