Extremely accommodating when an extra night of stay was unexpectedly required. Definitely recommended and will be returning.

A recently renovated property, DEMs central stay Volos with private parking is situated in Volos near Anavros Beach, Athanasakeion Archaeological Museum of Volos. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. The apartment was cozy but very functional, spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. Close parking in a secure garage. The balcony was pleasant for a cup of tea and the TV had a nice swivel to watch on the couch or from bed, if one was so inclined. Good shower pressure. Slept very well with y the comfortable bed and room darkening curtain. Very convenient to activities on a neautiful O church square but exceptionally quiet. Generous breakfast offerings. Would stay here again in a snap if I'm able to visit Volos again.
