The location is excellent—close to supermarkets, the main street, and boat tours—and it even has private parking. The apartment is new, stylish, and very clean, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Although the area is still under some construction, it didn’t bother us at all. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Nydri!

It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. These beautiful, new apartments in Lefkada offer all the comforts you could wish for, making it a perfect home away from home. The apartments are stunning, modern, and impeccably clean. They are fully equipped with everything you need and even more! A kitchen, microwave, and a huge screen TV, making it convenient to cook and enjoy a cozy night in. Have no doubt, is not often you get a 55-inch flat screen in your apartment. I can say the comfort and amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is just an 8-minute walk from the centre of Nidri and despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the location is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Last but not least, Ioana, the lovely lady who manages the apartments, was incredible. Her hospitality and helpfulness truly made our stay special. She was always available to assist us with any queries and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm and friendly demeanour made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Niriton Suites enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Lefkada, this is the perfect choice. Thank you, Ioana, for making our stay so memorable. Set in Nikiana and only 700 metres from Limni Beach, athilia offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Alex and Aggeliki are very nice people, very hospitable. Rooms and the whole building with small details is so carefully planned, everything adjusted for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. All listed amenities are true, rooms are fully equipped with everything that you could need, even more than listed in amenities. Nikiana is a pretty crowded village but the place is really quiet, though, we slept with open windows all the time, The aircon was not so needed in September. NV beach is just across the road which is very close, not so steep path down to the road, though really short, maybe steep part is only 10 meters or so. Stores, bakery, farmacy, shops, fast food, restaurant all pretty close. By car, around 30 mins to Kathisma and others like Agiofili, Mylos, Pefkoulia beach a bit closer than Kathisma. Beaches in Nikiana like Nikiana, Limni, Paralia and others are also pretty nice, we loved them. All in all, everything was perfect really 😎Don't hesitate to take a look at nice things in Aggeliki's and Alex's shop, prices are really affordable, you're gonna be pleasantly surprised 🥰
