Cycladic Suites & Spa features accommodation in Fira near Central Bus Station and Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral. The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival without is having to ask, which was greatly appreciated. The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

Mykonos Airport is 1.5 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. The Anaïs family were very welcoming…it felt like home. The house we took was perfect for us as we were 4 girls and 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved our stay and will definitely stay there once we’re back🤍 100% recommend

The beach of Monolithos lies at 7 km, while Kamari Beach is 12 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The room is really comfy and a decent walking distance to the main street of Fira. Loves the cat and dog...they make us feel like we are not staying in hotel...more like staying in a holiday home.

No words can describe how amazing my stay was. The staff were more than friendly. Super clean room. Perfect view and pool. Very delicious breakfast. The location more than perfect, close to the town and close to the beaches. Parking was available for our buggy. What an amazing stay. Definitely will revisit Mykonos and stay at Makis Place. Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The stay was really great at Pension Ptolemeos. Arriving there and being met by this amazingly friendly receptionista was a good welcome and the room was big, clean, and very nice with a view of the pool. The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel.
