The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, whether it was arranging transport, recommending places to visit, or assisting with small requests. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. The location is also excellent—close to key attractions, cafes, and transport options, making it easy to explore Tbilisi. After long days out in the city, coming back to the quiet garden area was perfect. Overall, my 6-day stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would happily choose Brosse Garden again on my next visit to Tbilisi and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel recently opened, just a few months ago and I have to say that it is by far the most pleasant stay I've had in Georgia so far on my trips there. Even internationally it holds up great. The hotel's interior in general has a very nice design, the rooms themselves are modern, meticulously cleaned and are well air-conditioned. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, communication in English worked perfectly. The breakfast selection is rich, with everything that one would expect, plus waffles, pancakes, omelettes and some other dishes that are prepared on demand. On this multi-week vacation in Georgia I returned to Tbilisi a couple of times, between trips to different cities and kept returning to this hotel after my first stay. Directly compared to the Wyndham in Batumi's old town, the Artizan left a much better impression. The location in Tbilisi is also great, with plenty of Restaurants nearby, a couple of bus connections right around the corner and about a 13 minute walk to the Rustaveli metro station. Right next door to the hotel is a very good coffee roastery in case you're also into specialty coffee :)

The staff at Graf Hotel are extremely professional and responsive. They took every request seriously, even before my arrival. I had asked for a WhatsApp number to stay in touch in case of any flight delays or cancellations, and they immediately surprised me by reaching out via WhatsApp right after my request — such thoughtful service! The location is just perfect: only 2 minutes from Freedom Square, with easy access to public transportation. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops where you can relax even late into the night. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good — a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my first choice next time I visit Tbilisi!
