Everything was brilliant. When we arrived we actually were sick and did not feel ok, so the staff was very helpful and supportive, especially Georgii at the reception. He offered us all necessary stuff to measure blood pressure and temperature. Our room was upgraded to a very comfortable superior suite for free. We stayed for two nights and were offered late check out for free as well. Breakfasts were full and varied for all tastes. Also, the restaurant works all day, which is very convenient- we had lunch and dinner there with traditional Georgian dishes and delicious Basque cheesecake and chocolate fondant.
