The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

A short walk from Woodside Lodge there is a bus stop for frequent busses over to Liverpool city centre. The host of Woodside Lodge was very welcoming and helpful about local eateries and pubs. In fact, just about everyone I met and spoke to in and around Irby appeared cheerful and friendly. Overall, it felt very good to be "home" again! I will certainly try to stay at Woodside Lodge on my next visit.
