The Old House at Home was once winner of the National Pub Caterer of The Year and now serves food highly commended by the AA. perfect location to visit the small idyllic villages in the area it has parking, and in the evening you can enjoy a drink in the pub The room had everything we could have needed, including slippers, iron: good bed and nice traditional wooden furniture even though is next to the road, the noise does not reach the rooms the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the lady who served us was very nice and kind would LOVE to come back one day.

We had the most wonderful staycation at Bowood and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff, food and facilities were all so fantastic. We saw so much wildlife while enjoying a coffee on the terrace, which added even more magic to our stay. We will be back for sure.

I came to see Castle Combe, and instead I spent more time at the farm playing with the peacocks than I did in the village. Just a beautiful spot, with design elements in the Old Library around every corner that were completely beautiful. The breakfast was clean but sufficient, limited to cereal and milk, and there was a tray of hot drink possibilities. I loved it here, and would love to have stayed longer if time had allowed.

A beautiful place and experience, really feeling like going back in time. The room was big and beautiful and comfortable, we enjoyed exploring the garden and were accompanied by Toby the cat. I don't think I've stayed somewhere in so long that has SUCH attention to detail. They'd thought of everything to make it an excellent experience. Clear Comms, tidy and well equipped and super comfortable and calm. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
