The furniture was good quality with plenty of storage and as I had booked 4 rooms for a group of 4 females we appreciated the fact we were in a long line with just a room between us. The rainfall shower was fabulous. Lots of piping hot water and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast is not available on the premises but there were more than adequate tea and coffee provided and also a pain au chocolates and a tub of porridge per person and also two bottles of water which were very welcomed. This was a lovely venue for outlet girly do. Many many thanks.

Close to the centre of Carlisle and quiet. My room was immaculate, well thought, light filled with a big window. Leanne was very welcoming, helpful with local recommendations and all my enquiries and did a really good breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room. Great stay.
