Lovely warm welcome, special effort made for my 60th birthday. Cosy, comfortable, thought given to detail, really can't fault the property or hosts. Can't wait to return.

Really good location on an excellent site. Lots of amenities on site available to us including a swimming pool and Gym. Ideal location for walks through the beautiful Hurn Forest. The caravan was well equipped and even included milk and cookies on our arrival. Our bed was very comfortable and we also had use of a TV with many channels. Good cooking facilities, ironing board etc. There was a deck for use in good weather and resident robin made us welcome ! It was a nice end to our holiday
